High neck cadet collar which facilitates a fold-away drawcord hood. Full zip-through with storm flap and hook and loop fastening. Outer fabric with PVC coating and taped seams for additional waterproofing. Side seamed zipped pockets with fleece lining. Part elasticated cuffs with adjustable hook and loop fastening.
